A tentative day and time may be reserved for seven (7) days without obligation. If at any time another client wants the same day and time, the first client will be given 24 hours to confirm the day and time by making the required deposit.

A non-refundable fifty- (50) percent deposit is required to confirm the day and time and must accompany the signed contract. The balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to the event.

A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required thirty (30) days prior to the event. The damage deposit will be returned to you if there are no damages, missing items, extended cleaning times, or unusual cleaning charges following the inspection of the McCreery Home after the event.

In the event of cancellation, the $200.00 damage deposit will be returned to you within 30 days. However, the rental fee will only be returned if the day and time can
be re-booked.
